You are

You have a proven track record dealing with complex and fast-moving situations after serious disruptions. You are able to analyze a clients’ security posture, anticipate requirements, and help them find right-sized solutions based on industry leading practices and their current circumstances. You’re a creative, analytical problem solver with excellent communication skills who can speak to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are eager to put your skills to use by helping us help our clients respond to and recover from cyber attacks.
The Work
You will be part of a specialized team that helps our clients better prepare for, detect, respond to and recover from cyber attacks. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative and no two days will be the same. When working an active crisis, you will lead team(s) to support client executive leadership to navigate the incident as efficiently and as effectively as possible.
Projects might include:
Organizing the response and recovery from a large-scale ransomware incident, supporting strategic transformation after a large incident, delivering crisis management simulations
Helping to develop methodologies, process/procedure manuals and documentation to prepare for future incidents, helping organizations prepare for future incidents by helping build a crisis management program.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's What you need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Minimum of 3 years’ service delivery experience in a leadership and management capacity, demonstrating ability in building, managing & fostering a team atmosphere, and working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in crisis, disaster, or other type of high impact and stress situation
Minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering work for a variety of audiences, including executive leadership and technical teams and demonstrated ability in public speaking and/or facilitating C-Level engagement
Minimum of 3 years’ experience of demonstrated technical/functional skills related to the following areas:
Incident Response and Crisis Management
Emergency Management
Cyber Resilience
Risk Management and Identification
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
Understanding of Incident Response and Recovery Principal
Bonus points in you have
Technical understanding of cyber incidents and underlying IT principles, including network architecture and security; infrastructure design; adversarial tactics, cyber threat intelligence
Master’s degree
Relevant certifications
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
