Key Responsibilities:
Manage all Datacenter server hardware, network equipment, software and Services up to the WAN router.
Manage DataCenter operations including systems monitoring problem diagnostics, troubleshooting, resolution and escalation security management and capacity planning analysis
Data Center operations management, including maintaining procedures, documentation, and coordination and participation in projects
Coordinate all changes to the Data Center infrastructure that may affect the service levels of any other service area
Provide support for all Data Center infrastructure changes that may affect the IT services within a Data Center or control room.
Provide all break fix Services for all hardware equipment of the Data Center computing infrastructure
Provide technical support DC hand and feet support to manage hardware equipment in the Data Center computing infrastructure
Support migrations and transitions of application environments to Client approve DCs, cloud, colocation facilities etc.
Support installing and decommissioning of cabinets, bracing and other equipment
Provide afterhours support to manage physical escort and 24x7 monitoring of DC environment
Coordinate with other third party staff to ensure upkeep of DC to Client required standards
Refine, review and maintain enterprise processes for DC manageability installation, de installation, troubleshooting, documentation, control, and reporting
Complete full Data Center audit of all racks twice per year.
Perform all server installs moves, adds, and changes per process and procedures
Assist server technology refresh per Client requirements
De install and dispose of servers in accordance with Client change, security, and environmental policies
Coordinate support activities with Third Party Providers i.e., IBM, Dell, HP, EMC, Microsoft, etc .
Provide onsite escort for Third Party Providers to ensure they are working on appropriate equipment.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Datacenter Operations
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with hardware, network and IT infrastructure to manage Datacenter operations
Minimum 2 years of troubleshooting skills to diagnose and address Datacenter network and power issues effectively
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accurate documentation
Ability to collaborate within a team and work independently when needed
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
