The GenAI Process Expert will play a crucial role in collaborating with sales and client teams, providing expert insights and solutions in the GenAI (Generative Artificial Intelligence) domain. This role specifically focuses on defining and designing GenAI use cases within the Talent and Human Resources (T&HR) domain.
Key Responsibilities:
GenAI Use Case Definition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and requirements in the T&HR domain.
Define and articulate GenAI use cases tailored to address specific challenges and opportunities within talent and human resources.
Design and Implementation
Work closely with development teams to translate defined use cases into actionable design specifications.
Provide expertise in the implementation of GenAI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
Client Interaction
Act as a key point of contact for clients, engaging in regular interactions to understand their evolving needs and challenges.
Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Sales Support
Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support during pre-sales activities.
Participate in client presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the capabilities and benefits of GenAI in the T&HR domain.
Continuous Improvement
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in GenAI, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.
Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement in GenAI implementations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in Human Resources domain
- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing Human Resources business processes
- Minimum of 6 months of Generative AI experience designing Human Resources use cases
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and MBA preferred in HR or Operations
- Experience in implementing functional processes on Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle and Avature
- Knowledge of entire hire to retire employee lifecycle.
- Experience in Process mining and be able to do HR analysis for Accenture clients.
- Experienced in enterprise-wide transformation programs enabling growth and building customer centricity.
- Fundamentals of GenAI (in HR domain)
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
