Key Responsibilities:

• ADP-etime support desk Analyst for assisting business users resolve Time & Attendance issues on a daily basis

• Responsible for preparing all HRIS daily /weekly reports in ADP & etime and also prepares and maintains the MIS

• Resolving day to day ADP-etime issues for Business users located in various locations

• Assisting HR groups in different Client locations with daily and weekly reporting

• Setting up/updating Etime securities for new Hires/existing Business users

• Resolving user Login access issues in ADP- Net secure (Password reset/ User Information update etc), updating Hourly /Agency employee Vacation accruals, Accrual/Attendance policies, Schedules, Payroll policies, setting up Hourly/Agency employee records in ADP & etime etc.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Non-ticket Ticket (L1) resolution on e-time/ADP, Help Desk support for software application, HR processes (Accrual/Attendance policies, Schedules, Payroll policies, setting up Hourly/Agency employee records, Payroll/Benefits)

• High School Diploma or GED

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
