UX Researcher - 5050486

• Work with lead researcher to understand and incorporate technical and business requirements into research plan.

• Collaborate with the researcher to develop timelines and requirements for study participation.

• Support ongoing UX research logistics, including organizing research sessions, taking notes during study sessions Study analysis and synthesis, as well as build research reports creating highlight videos, slide decks, etc.

• Plan, observe, and moderate user interviews and usability testing sessions, concept validation, rapid iterative research, and interviews.

• Analyze and interpret data to generate insights and recommendations into compelling reports.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience research experience in university setting, preferably research apprenticeships.

• Minimum 5 years experience with various research methodologies usability, IDIs, RITE, concept testing, lit reviews, card sort, surveys.

• Bachelors Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently on a variety of tasks.

• Experience working with cross functional teams.

• Bachelors in social sciences or related disciplines.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Flexibility adapting to changing schedules and priorities.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
