Position Summary
The Medical Assistant is responsible for assisting medical providers render professional care to patients within a primary care setting.
What You Will Do
Work with team members such as providers, front desk staff and others to provide quality health services
Assist provider with onsite procedures
Take vital signs, perform phlebotomy and administer medications/vaccines
Assist patients by responding to questions, returning calls, scheduling appointments and reviewing medical records

What You Need
High School diploma or equivalent from an accredited entity
Medical Assistant diploma from an accredited program
Classroom CPR certification
Minimum of one (1) year experience or clinical externship
Basic proficiency with EHR (EPIC preferred)
