POSITION TITLE:
Warehouse Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading efficient warehousing and procurement operations for all ACS locations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Purchasing, job costing, and inventory management for all locations
- Annual budgeting of inventory and cost for all locations
- Oversee inventory and job costing system transactions for accuracy
- System setup of new jobs, inventory items, and customers
- Monitor supplier pricing and negotiate best pricing for ACS
- Oversee issuing of PO numbers, identify and resolve PO issues
- Improve warehouse setup as needed for efficient operations
- Participate in month-end closing activities
- Lead a team of employees across multiple sites
- Participate in acquisition due diligence and integration
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- As a condition of employment, ACS will conduct a background check and drug screen
- Preferred:
- 5-10 years of job costing experience

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in a fast-paced warehouse setting with frequent interruptions. Duties may require standing and walking for long periods of time. Occasional need to drive a vehicle to other work locations.
