We are currently hiring Medical Call Center Representatives for a local Ambulance/Wheelchair company that is looking to hire immediately.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a medical environment, preferably a call center
EMD Certification preferred
EMT license preferred
You must be able to work between 7A-7P.
Medical terminology knowledge
Some responsibilities will include;
1. Answers high call volume medical calls and assess urgency of call.
2. Schedules patient appointments and verify insurances.
3. Updates patient information.
4. Compiles and posts information into a computer.
5. Performs clerical functions.
