Job Description:
A prominent construction management company is looking to hire a qualified candidate to serve as a Field Administrator. The company constantly strives to exceed its client’s expectations as they also provide general contracting, design-building, and integrated project delivery services on projects small and large for a diverse group of customers.
This position is a TEMP to PERM offer, a long-term commitment with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team!

Job Description:
The Field Administrator will travel to projects and help all field staff with the following:
- Completing expense vouchers
- Managing vacation logs for field staff
- Maintaining all training records for site employees
- Ensuring proper tracking on the Calendar
- Collecting Field paperwork
- Filing Field paperwork
- Maintaining records of all equipment
- Pricing Field items
- Setting up field-related items
- SPI Worker time cards
Pay rate: starts at $25.00/hour, based on experience level
