Small Medical Office currently seeking an Office Administrator/Biller in Spartanburg, SC to support managers & employees through a variety of tasks related to daily operations, organization, & communication.

This position is mostly administrative with occasional rehab tech responsibilities. This is a part-time position working Monday through Thursday in Spartanburg with occasional days (1-2 times/month) in Gaffney. Hours are somewhat flexible (three to five hours a day for four days/week). Position could lead to full time employment with benefits and could lead into being a management position.

  • You have 1 year of proven Admin or Assistant Experience
  • You are a critical thinker with problem-solving skills
  • You communicate well with supervisors, employees, and other professionals in person and over electronic communication (phone, texts, email)
  • You have great organization, attention to detail, and time management skills?
  • You are proficient in G Suite and can quickly learn our practice management software
  • You are a team player, take pride in your work and value your contribution to an organization
  • You can pass a criminal background check & drug test
  • You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Responsibilities:

Clerical - Filing, data entry, scheduling, copying, mailing

Basic Bookkeeping - managing receipts, tracking expenditures, generating expense reports. bank deposits, clerical and therapist payroll

Administrative Assistant - Assist Office Manager and Clinical Manager with tasks as assigned

Rehab Tech - manage daily operations at Spartanburg clinic and assist therapists as needed
