Prepare monthly bank reconciliation’s for affiliates’ checking accounts. Process monthly cash receipts summary, prepare calculations and invoices for management fees. Prepare bank deposits and track receipts. Qualifications: Two year degree in Accounting or closely related field, or the equivalent combination of education and accounting experience. Demonstrated knowledge of general accounting practices and procedures, and a minimum of one year of successful experience in an accounting position. Proficiency with microcomputers and standard business applications, including accounting software, Excel, and Microsoft Word. Excellent attention to detail and the visual acuity to review and correct detailed financial worksheets.
