Position Overview:

AccessOne is seeking a strategic, detailed-oriented Implementation Manager with excellent communication skills who will be responsible for project management and technical implementation of new clients and/or program changes for existing clients. This individual will utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot client builds and internal issues and will guide the client project team(s) through the deployment of AccessOnes patient financing and Direct Mobile Pay solutions. This role reports to the Vice President of Implementation.
What you can expect:
- As the key contact and owner, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and the execution of the following criteria for all assigned client projects:
- Evaluation and completion of project scope and client discovery
- Review of all project design decisions and gating items
- Create and submit Business Requirement Documents to the engineering team
- Create/support testing plans and support software integration testing efforts
- Create/support training plans and supporting materials for client activation. Directly lead client training sessions covering AccessOne programs and technical integrations
- Create/support marketing plans and submit for the creation and delivery of all collateral required for community and staff awareness of AccessOne programs and options
- Create and communicate internal and external status reports and project tracking
- Identify risk factors to timeline and/or gating items with all projects
- Dissemination of information and updates to all internal stakeholders whose teams interact with clients after go-live
- Hand-off of all managed projects to the Client Success team.
- You will work cross-functionally with client Revenue Cycle and IT leadership, Revenue Cycle Business/Operations/Patient Financial Services, Marketing, Training, and Project Management groups to deliver a comprehensive client engagement experience.
- You will collaborate internally with multiple departments including Marketing, Business Development and Sales, Client Success, Data Management, Engineering, Leadership, and Operations at AccessOne.
- Your role will include a secondary focus on improving implementation methodology and supporting materials to improve time-to-activation and limit resources required to facilitate a new client activation. You will also provide feedback to AccessOnes internal teams for continuous improvement aimed at improving the client experience. You will occasionally interface with clients in the sales pipeline to review our implementation experience or review technical requirements, and prepare clients for their projects
Qualifications
Bonus points for:
- PMP Certification
- Experience working with APIs, HL7 integration, and File Exchange via sFTP
- Experience working directly with HIT systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Athena, etc)
