Job Description
Accolade Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Hospital Liaison where the primary responsibility is to identify and build relationships with current and new referral sources to build and grow census for our short-term rehab unit as well as our long-term care setting. Candidates will be expected to have the ability to develop the local market of the Bloomington Illinois area.
- Provide referral sources with the appropriate information and assistance to recommend Accolade Healthcare
- Develop relationships with a growing base of referral sources, leading to a consistent flow of quality referrals to Accolade Healthcare
- Invests a minimum of 80% of work time on face-to-face referral development completing calls and on-site visits to local hospitals
- Effectively use available resources to build relationships resulting in gaining prospective customers and obtaining commitment to admission at Accolade Healthcare;
- Responds immediately to all referral calls and visits all potential customers;
- Actively manage customer transition from referral to admission.
- This is a remote position – with extensive travel within your territory
- Territory: Bloomington IL
- Report directly to the Director of Marketing and Chief Nursing Officer
- A car will be provided
- RN/LPN preferred but not mandatory
- Salary based on experience
Salary : $58,700 - $74,300
