Job Description

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service (do not remove)
• Support Hotel Guests in meeting space, common areas, guest rooms
• Support Hotel Staff with desktop applications/systems technology
• Support Hotel Systems that provide services to our visiting guests & in-house staff
• Data Center Support & Maintenance for Servers, Systems, Networks
• Other duties as assigned (do not remove)

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Leadership experience in a similar role required
• University/College degree in a related discipline and/or 2 years providing customer service in a technological environment
• Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware, including Microsoft platform.
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Extensive equipment support experience with PC’s.
• Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networks
• Understanding of hotel applications an asset
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides
• Ability to conduct research into PC issues and products as required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
