We’re looking for a Corporate Recruiter to provide world class candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle. The Corporate Recruiter will report to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and will be responsible for full cycle recruitment through maintaining applicant flow, timely and quality fulfillment of positions, and effective communication through onboarding.
What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties and responsibilities, competencies, qualifications, and skills

Develop and maintain job descriptions and job postings; execute all required job postings in a timely manner

Develop recruitment initiatives and organizational marketing materials to attract applicants

Complete and distribute high quality weekly and monthly staffing reports.

Develop and maintain network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates

Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.

Initiate and maintain contact with qualified candidates for specific job openings throughout recruitment and hiring process

Review and coordinate candidate applications, conduct phone interviews/screenings as needed, refer candidates to hiring managers, and participate in applicant interviews as needed

Work closely with Talent Acquisition Coordinator and HR to monitor and track progress of new hire onboarding, follow up with hires as needed

Provide guidance, coaching training, and reference information/materials to hiring managers in preparation for applicant interview.

Coordinate participation in various job fairs and may be required to make presentations

Develop/maintain contacts and act as liaison with schools, alumni groups, outreach organizations, and other groups as necessary to meet recruiting objectives

Coordinate with external recruiters and outside employment agencies to attract and identify select candidate

Research, identify and recommend best practices for full cycle recruitment function, including alternative staffing strategies

Respond to requests for specific application procedures, company and organization information, and general job opportunities on a regular basis

Regulatory compliance, outreach goals, documentation, and reporting

Capability to act as a strategic partner to hiring managers; build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business partners

Self-motivated, goal driven, and passionate about helping find talent to build great teams

Proven success in managing multiple tasks, projects, and searches simultaneously; ability to manage time and prioritization in tracking tasks and details effectively

Knowledge of employment law and practices
Minimum Qualifications:
-
3 years recruiting and sourcing experience, high volume recruitment experience highly preferred

Previous recruitment in the financial services industry a plus

Demonstrated Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based recruiting resources, experience using applicant tracking system/HR information system (preferably ADP)

Previous experience with Microsoft Teams a plus

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
