Hours of Operation: ACE: 7am-7pm EST, PEPCO 7am-8pm EST

Roles and Responsibilities for ACE/Pepco:
All our agents answer inbound calls regarding
Process trouble and outage orders
Move In/Out Service
Assist with My Account (Online Accts)
Things to know about ACE/PEPCO:
What is Pepco: Pepco is an Electric company that services the states of Delaware and DC.
What is ACE: ACE.DPL is an Electric and Gas company that services the states of Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST (hours may change based on trainer preference however 8a-5p is normally the time we train)
Training Duration: 5 weeks of in the classroom training, 1-2 weeks of nesting (total of 7 weeks of Training)
Additional requirement for Ace/Pepco
Computer Navigation skills
Must be able to type minimally 35-40 WPM
Great Communication skills
Camera edict – Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end
Flexible as shifts vary from 7am-8pm
Open to working overtime – We are my clients Crisis Center therefore in the event a major storm impacts our Service Territory we will be required to work long hours to include overnight and weekends
