Roles and Responsibilities for BGE:
All our agents answer inbound calls regarding
Process trouble and outage orders
Move In/Out Service
Assist with My Account (Online Accts)
Things to know about BGE:
What is Pepco: BGE is an Electric company that services the Baltimore MD area
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-530pm EST (hours may change based client requirements
Training Duration: 4 weeks of in the classroom training, 1 week of nesting
Additional requirement for Ace/Pepco in addition to matching the PECO profile:
Computer Navigation skills
Must be able to type minimally 35-40 WPM
Great Communication skills
Camera requirements – Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches)
Flexible as shifts vary from 7am-8pm EST (shifts will be assigned in last 2 weeks of class)
Open to working overtime – We are my clients Crisis Center therefore in the event a major storms impacts our Service Territory we will be required to work long hours to include overnight and weekends
