The Role

The Account Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing of our current customer base as well as interacting with potential and targeted prospects. The Account Coordinator serves as a knowledgeable, reliable contact point for any information required by our customer base including assisting customers in placing orders, tracking orders, scheduling shipments, providing quotes, processing invoices, and following up on past invoices. You’ll work with the Packaging Consultants in your region to help customers realize the value-added packaging consulting services of TricorBraun that include Design & Innovation, logistics, global sourcing, and marketing.

You’ll begin with a training program that spans classroom, online, and hands-on work with other operations employees to learn about our business, our industry, and the sales process. You’ll be based out of an office where you will be able to support assigned Packaging Consultants. We're well known and respected in the packaging industry, which is very stable, and there’s a lot of opportunities here. The Requirements

To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have:

• 2 years of sales support experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong working knowledge of all MSFT Suite products that include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Also, experience working with ERP packages (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, and PeopleSoft) is preferred.
• Strong administrative and data management skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• A strong ability to skillfully use a computerized system to track and monitor customer accounts, organize priorities and manage your calendar of events.
