ARSI® is accepting applications for Training Specialist in Wichita to support our continued growth and our mission to encourage continuous improvement and promote the idea that achievement is limited only by individual ability and desire.

Responsibilities and qualifications for positions include, but are not limited to:

• Provide outstanding education to new employees in all departments; including in-person and virtual training sessions
• Provide continuing education for existing employees
• Coordinate with managers to determine training needs
• Conduct workshops, individual training sessions, etc.
• Prepare educational materials with guidance from leadership, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
• Administer, track, and score tests
• Participate in project teams and compliance audits

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years in training delivery and facilitation
• Collection knowledge is not required. We will train!
• Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach training a plus (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
• Previous computer experience, including Microsoft Office applications (required)
• Regular overnight travel to other locations (required)
• Valid driver’s license (required)

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
