Job Posting for Digital Marketing Manager at Accounting Research & Analytics LLC
POSITION SUMMARY:
CFRA is looking to add a dynamic digital marketer to our team to oversee CFRAresearch.com and other owned website assets. You will partner closely with CFRAs marketing leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy with a specific focus on increasing both organic and paid traffic, improving conversion rates, enhancing the user experience and customer journey, optimizing search engine performance and ensuring content is fresh and relevant to our key customer segments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Oversee day-to-day management and optimization of CFRA web properties
Create and implement an ongoing SEO program that is monitored and optimized daily
Ensure relevant content, graphics, videos etc. are fresh, on-brand and updated regularly
Optimize site design, content structure and user experience leveraging best practices, analytics and customer feedback
Conduct ongoing keyword research to help guide content strategy
Develop, implement and optimize link building strategies
Conduct regular site audits to identify necessary technical SEO fixes
Develop complementary social media and PPC strategy, leveraging Google Analytics to inform decision making and lead generation
Report regularly on all facets of website and SEO performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
Maintain strong market intelligence, keeping up to date on financial trends and competitive environment
Advise on site localization and optimization in EMEA and APAC markets in addition to North America
Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
5 years of progressive experience in the digital marketing space
5 years of hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, paid search and digital analytics
Significant experience with CMS and web optimization and analytics tools, ideally with a high degree of WordPress, Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics expertise
Strong understanding of information architecture, user testing, interaction and visual design
Working knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, SalesLoft, HubSpot, Marketo, Gong, Sprout etc.
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Experience within the financial services industry, preferably in the wealth management or institutional space is a plus
Ability to create basic graphic elements is a plus
