The Accounts Receivable Student Worker will provide financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payment of student accounts. Duties include but are not limited to providing customer service to student and staff via phone, email, mail, or in person balance accounts receivable, research and resolve payment discrepancies, process payments, adjustments, prepare back deposits and investigate and resolve inquiries. The student worker must have good verbal and written communication, detail and accuracy, and organizational skills.

Required Qualifications: Experience with accounts receivable; familiarity with office administration and procedures; experience with general bookkeeping procedures; knowledge of general accounting principles; proficiency in relevant computer software; knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications: 1-3 years' accounts receivable, general accounting experience and knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements; and possess clerical skills and team player.
