WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Responsible for the hiring of 200 employees for a production and warehouse site
- Develop a comprehensive on-boarding and training curriculum for the new hires and seamless relocation of key staff to the new facility
- Assume responsibilities of the Site HR Manager, becoming part of the leadership team at the new location
HOW WILL YOU QUALIFY:
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist work experience supporting a manufacturing facility
- Strong understanding of HR laws, principles and practices
- Experience leading complex HR initiatives with emphasis on change management
- Exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated agility
- Ability to perform independently at a high level, self-directed and self-motivated
- Proven ability to problem solve, work through issues with limited information, find efficiencies
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
