Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide nursing services in accordance with the plan of care and within the scope of physical therapy. Follow the plan of care, administer treatment, and evaluate patients' reactions, reporting any changes in condition to the Case Manager and/or Director of Nursing.
- Coordination and Reporting: Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure cohesive care and timely updates on patient status.
- Online Charting: Use Kinnser for online charting in a timely manner using company-provided devices.
- Supervision: Provide supervision to Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) when assigned.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Competitive Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
