We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, inventory management, and shipping and receiving operations.

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, inventory management, and shipping and receiving operations.
Duties:
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure all activities are performed efficiently.
- Stage shipments and pick product according to standard operating procedures.
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare accurate Packing Slips, Certificates, Commercial Invoices, and Bill of Ladings for outgoing shipments.
- Schedule pickups following customer routing guides in a timely manner insuring 100% on time delivery.
- Complete ASN (Advanced Shipping Notices) where required by customers, after product has been shipped and within the required time frame allowed.
- Prepare outgoing UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc., and other required shipping paperwork and labels.
- Prepare paperwork for international shipments as needed and communicate clearly with all applicable parties.
- Secure logistics quotes as requested (domestic and international). Enter in Logistics PO’s.
- Prepare NAFTA documents as necessary.
- Ability to reconcile incoming receipts and associated paperwork/labels as instructed.
- Receive in goods and supply the necessary paperwork to the Quality Department.
- Secure tracking information for inbound and outbound shipments as necessary.
- Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.
- Train and mentor warehouse employees on best practices.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet overall company objectives.
- Forklift operation certification required
- Proven experience in warehouse management and supervision.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Strong understanding of logistics, inventory control, and shipping/receiving procedures
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed
- Skilled in process improvement techniques to streamline operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
