Position: Business Development Representative
What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly voice of Accumera, providing exceptional phone support and assistance to our valued current and prospective clients.
- Handle email correspondence, providing quotes explanations of processes with precision and professionalism.
- Help prepare flyers and materials for trade shows and other client visits.
- Conduct research functions to support client needs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, seizing every opportunity to assist existing and potential clients.
- Engage clients in meaningful discussions about our products and services, finding the perfect fit for their needs.
- Support the Accumera team with legal publication process and any additional tasks that may arise.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- High School Diploma or GED / Associate Degree or Higher preferred.
- Preferred experience in call center operations, inbound or outbound
- Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication
- Organizational prowess and a keen ability to take direction.
- Polished phone skills and etiquette
- Ability to multitask without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt and overcome challenges that may arise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, & Excel)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and Adobe Acrobat applications is a plus.
