Maintenance IV

• Show competency in performing appropriate stages of cleaning vessels, pumps, hoses, valves, etc. to support manufacturing.
• Working knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the Cleaning area
• Flexible to support ALL areas of cleaning to maintain production schedules
• Proficient at required documentation
• Assist in set up operations
• Ability to use Small tools such as grinders, drill, chemical cleaning baths

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or nine months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and (policy and procedure manuals).  Ability to speak effectively with other employees of organization.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as averages, cycle times, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
