Accurate Analytical Testing, LLC is an environmental Lead (Pb) testing laboratory located in Romulus, MI. We are seeking an Entry-level Evening Laboratory Technician to be responsible for daily sample preparation activities along with various other laboratory tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Be on-time for your assigned work shift.
- Prioritize and batch client samples.
- Fill-out a Sample Digestion Form for each job.
- Weigh reference material to make daily control samples.
- Extract Lead(Pb) from control samples and client samples. Filter samples and control samples.
- Fill and cap sample tubes containing extracted samples or control samples.
Qualifications:
- Prior laboratory experience is desirable but is not necessary.
- Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently, while possessing good communication skills and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to adapt and learn quickly.
Education:
- The ideal candidate will possess an associates or bachelors degree in a science related field. If a candidate does not have a degree, they are still encouraged to apply.
Salary:
- $13-$16 per hour to start, with an increase in hourly wage at the successful completion of their 90 day probation period. This increase will be based on ability to grasp desired tasks and concepts.
- Medical and Eye/Dental/Life insurance benefits covered at 100% company expense at the completion of a successful 90 day probationary period. (BCN, Principal). This is a $2.50-$4 per hour equivalent. No out of pocket health care expense for employees.

- Hiring for evening shift
- 2pm-10:30pm

- Employee must have flexibility in training schedule.
- Immediate Hire
- The above work shifts are for Monday-Friday
- Occasional overtime
- Employee will be entered into one Saturday per month shift rotation after training.
