Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Financial Analyst supporting Commercial (Sales and Marketing) organization
- Responsible for annual planning, and periodic forecasting of Sales and Marketing Operating Expenses
- Manages month-end close, prepares journal entries and account reconciliations for relevant accrual and prepaid accounts
- Prepare quarterly orders and backlog report and assist in preparing order and backlog analysis for the Executive team
- Calculates commission/incentive compensation payments to sales personnel based on commission plan provisions and assigned territories
- Maintains sales compensation tools and processes to ensure timely and accurate payments to sales personnel
- Performs cost modeling of alternative commission/incentive plan design or quota levels
- Analyzes sales performance results, preparing presentation packages and dashboards to Commercial and Finance management
Required Qualifications:
- BS or BA in Accounting / Finance
- 3 years’ experience in Financial Analysis and reporting. Prior experience in Commissions processing and planning a plus.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and strong team player
- Advanced MS Excel. Prior experience with Hyperion, SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI is a plus
- Experience in supporting senior management and business partners outside of the Finance and Accounting Team
- Attention to detail when necessary, with the ability to digest financial data and summarize into presentation/management views
- Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines and to manage multiple projects
- Flexibility to take on new projects and desire to continuously improve processes

Accuray pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Accuray Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
