Job Details
Core Competencies:
- Excellent understanding of the functional capabilities of the D365 CRM Sales & Forecasting module.
- Must demonstrate up-to-date expertise in D365 CRM (Power platform, power automate, Apps), .NET development, Portal Development, Power BI, Azure and the ability to apply that expertise to development/support activities.
- Technical Skills required for the role:
1. .NET C#
2. Plugin Development for Dynamics 365 CE, Custom API
3. Java Script (Client Side Script)
4. PCF Control Development
5. Configurations - Entity, View, Form, Ribbon, Virtual Entity, Workflow, Security Roles, Model Driven App configurations, Sitemap,
6. Power Automate
7. Power Platform Administration
8. Tools: Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, GIT, Dynamics 365 SDK Tools - Experience with Integration within the M365 ecosystem and Microsoft Dataverse/Common Data Service
- Excellent communication and client facing skills
- Excellent understanding of Data Architecture
- Troubleshoot, Analyze & Debug issues which are reported from Production environments and perform RCA.
- Able to filter and pull required data reports for Production issues and RCA
- Work with support teams and provide inputs & help on Tickets, Service Requests, Change Request
- Collaborate with multiple teams on Technical and Functional aspect for Bugs and new enhancement requirements.
- Implement and maintain access controls based on roles and access conditions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
- Experience with 25,000 user deployments a plus
- Experience in MS CRM 3rd party Integration using Middleware Tools API s REST ODATA Web API SSIS packages
Education and Experience Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
- 6 years hands on CRM experience
- Strong problem-solving skills -- must be able to think critically and independently
Highly Preferred:
- Microsoft Certifications
