What are the responsibilities and job description for the TRAINING COORDINATOR position at Ace Parking?
As a Training Coordinator, you will manage and update training programs, handle logistics, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in analyzing training data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Become the subject matter expert in the electronic (UKG) learning/training platform.
- Communicate training programs, track enrollments, and report results of training across the organization.
- Create and organize training materials including participant binders and handouts, name tags, table tents, signage, etc
- Develop and maintain a repository for all learning assets, training materials and workshop content. Oversee training material inventory and order and/or print training supplies as needed.
- Answer and respond to outside communications, such as phone calls, emails, and web-based inquiries. This includes on-going communications, project-based communications, i.e., from training participants, managers, and clients.
- Create, maintain and distribute training calendar.
- Manage and update electronic curriculum library as new trainings are created or old ones updated and improved
- Track coaching and technical assistance requests and activities for each training program.
- Track participant RSVP forms and keep other databases as needed for different training programs. Communicate pre- and post-work associated with training courses and send confirmation emails to participants.
- Prepare and compile training data and information as needed to report on training results. Prepare departmental reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in coordinating and managing training programs, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to effectively manage multiple training initiatives and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and facilitate training coordination.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret training data for insights and improvement.
