Job Description
We're looking for an inside sales account executive who can take an investment opportunity from start to finish. Our ideal candidate isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and talk to people all day. You love learning, want to develop your skill set, and are seeking a long term career opportunity in an entrepreneurial environment.
You’ll be building a list of affiliates who are local to the markets we invest in like wholesalers and realtors. If a property meets our criteria you will gather detailed information on the building, determine what we can offer, and help us negotiate with a affiliate. Once we agree to purchase a property from one of our sellers, we resell it to one of our private investors. You'll then develop/maintain your relationship with the affiliate so you are their priority buyer moving forward.
No real estate experience needed. We’ll teach you everything.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage a pipeline of inbound seller leads, all in different stages of the sales process.
- Qualify inbound leads quickly and correctly. Prioritize well to close deals that are worth your attention, and drop a quick offer on the unlikely opportunities.
- When something's good, get tons of information about financials, tenants, and condition.
- Use emotional intelligence and property knowledge to make and justify our offers.
- Understand what our investors want to buy, so you can find it in your property pipeline.
- Make time to learn out of state rental property investing inside and out, so that you can master your craft and go from being a deal starter to a deal closer.
You Are:
- Comfortable, relatable, and professional over the phone.
- Detailed. You dig in on calls and research properties to get the information we need.
- Organized, and prioritize efforts to make the most of your time.
- Effective in using tone of voice, response, and property understanding to negotiate.
- Not in need of hand holding. The right training and protocols and you're off to the races.
- Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.
