What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Administrator position at Ace Seekers?
This is a CONTRACT role.
Note: Candidates with prior engineering experience or familiarity with the petrochemical sector would be strongly desired!
Requirements:
- More than six years of expertise handling payroll for many locations and states.
- Multiple payroll runs (weekly & semi-monthly)
- Understanding of timesheet reconciliation and FSLA
- Must be familiar with processing payroll, having processed at least 9–80.
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Paycor experience is a big plus.
- Proficiency in collaborating with personnel who are chargeable to a customer, such as engineers or IT businesses
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
