What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Intern position at Acelerate?
About the role
As an Operations Analyst, you will own and manage the onboarding processes with the 3rd party delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub) in a local market for Acelerate. You will work closely with the local team in your market to strategize the growth of the market in terms of the number of brands that a restaurant partner can take on.
What you'll do...
- Collaborate with marketplace partners (Grubhub, Ubereats, Doordash, ect.) to ensure fluency across all operations
- Onboard & Activate our delivery only restaurant concepts at new and existing restaurant partners
- Edit marketplace menu's and update storefront hours
- Work cross-functionally with our operations, sales, engineering, product teams - and more to provide product feedback (hardware and software) and help roll out best practices
