We're looking for passionate, fun-loving individuals to join our growing family of Full-Time Call Center Agents. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice that provides exceptional support to our clients' customers. Think of yourself as a customer service superhero, solving problems and making a real difference!

Here's The Scoop On This Awesome Opportunity

  • Be a Hero for Many: You'll handle calls for a variety of businesses, from medical offices to apartment complexes. Every day brings a new challenge!
  • Master of the Phone: We'll equip you with the skills you need to expertly navigate calls and ensure all information is collected accurately.
  • The Fun Bunch: We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. Get ready for a positive and supportive work environment!

The Nitty-gritty

  • Schedule: 3pm - 12am (must include a weekend day and be available for holidays)
  • Location: New Hyde Park, NY (must be within a 45-minute commute)
  • Pay: $19 per hour
  • Training: We'll provide a week of comprehensive training to get you up to speed.
