AchieveAbility Therapy Services uses a collaborative approach to treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other Developmental Disabilities by providng ABA, Speech Therapy & Occupational Therapy in one place.
AchieveAbility Therapy Services provides growth opportunities for Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians through career advancement from RBT through Senior Leadership positions.
DUTIES:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect data on client progress and behavior.
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred, BUT not required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain required clearances.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and implement behavior analytic strategies.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
