Position Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative you will be an essential member of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth through effective communication, relationship-building, and sales strategies within the paper industry. Your role will involve managing and nurturing existing accounts, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their packaging and paper product needs.
- Prospect and identify potential clients and market segments to expand the customer base.
- Conduct research to understand market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure new business deals.
- Develop a deep understanding of our packaging and paper products and their applications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to offer informed recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the packaging and paper industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
