Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator at Achristavest Fine Home Builders. The Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to property estimation and cost analysis. This includes reviewing architectural plans and specifications, conducting site visits, collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers, preparing detailed project estimates, and ensuring accurate cost projections. The Estimator will also ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of construction and building materials
- Experience in property estimation and cost analysis
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural plans and specifications
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to collaborate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and quality standards
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
