Responsibilities
- Using proprietary software, create project schedules with Customers, Sales, Operations, Crews, Management, and Subcontractors, ensuring communication is maintained by all and customer issues are resolved quickly
- Help coordinate and run weekly scheduling meetings with service line managers and sales staff that follows ACI processes.
- Scheduling Traffic Control activities (including project communication with customers, crews & administration and working with internal and external traffic control resources)
- Scheduling and communication with subcontractors
Requirements:
- Previous construction scheduling experience preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- Must have ability to interact with external and internal customers and partners in a fast pace, multitasking environment
- Proficiency in use of technology including CRM & Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work in a hands-on environment of high communication
- Must be able to work independently with a high degree of problem-solving skills

Salary : $55,000 - $80,000
