Education

Required Skills
- Minimum of five years PeopleSoft Campus Solutions in 9.0/9.2
- Must have experience in a Higher Education environment
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to enhancements made to the system
- Desired advance skills in Reporting Tools
- Must be willing to travel/onsite in Colorado Springs, CO
- Clear and effective communication
- Ability to produce clear, concise status reports
- Effective analytical skills
- Experience in client-facing environments
Role Responsibilities
- Provide onsite functional support for Campus Solutions Academic Advising, Student Records, Campus Community as subject matter expert for production support
- Develop or update training aids for end-users
- Create Work Centers and Fluid Homepages
- Document requirements for new enhancements/reports
- Expected Deliverables: Same as responsibilities
