What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping position at ACI Federal™?
ACI Federal™ is looking for Housekeepers to work on-site at a hospital in Williamsburg, Virginia specializing in psychiatric care. From this site, you can expect to work alongside medical professionals and other housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and organized environment for the patients and staff members. You will be expected to work a varied shift schedule including holidays, overnight, weekends and in case of emergencies.
Compensation: $15/hr. benefits
Shift Expectations: Morning, Evening or overnight this includes holidays and during emergencies
**We ask that all interested candidates are open to working overtime occasionally
Responsibilities
- Cleans and sanitizes hospital wings and the patient rooms as assigned.
- Vacuums and sweeps floors, carpets and rugs.
- Changes linens and other laundry as requested.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks and countertops.
- Coordinate with leadership to continuously maintain spectacular cleaning standards.
Requirements:
- Prior Housekeeping experience is a plus!
- Commitment to a high standard of cleaning.
- Willing to improve their knowledge through on-site training.
- Highschool Graduate or Completion of a GED
- Comfortable working holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
