Responsible for the execution of full life-cycle recruiting
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, educational institutions and the business
Leverage recruiting knowledge, recruitment results and competitive market intelligence to drive strategies and influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs
Serve as a “Brand Ambassador” to expand our internal & external footprint
Source accounting and various business advisory professionals for strategic hires and just-in-time hiring to meet the needs of our growing firm
Collaborate with Hiring Partner(s) and Manager(s) to understand service area and recruiting needs, create a comprehensive networking and sourcing plan, and present offers
Responsible for the execution of full life-cycle campus recruiting, including leading on-campus recruiting efforts at assigned target schools
Develop and deploy the campus recruiting strategy for all practices (fulltime needs, internship needs, and office and school events/activities)
Collaborate with Events Manager for campus activities calendar and in-office recruiting programs as necessary
Maintain relationships with college placement offices
2-4 years’ experience recruiting for public accounting firms and
2-4 years’ experience in campus recruiting for accounting firms or
Similar combination of education and experience
Experience working in LinkedIn Recruit preferred
Ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates and internal stakeholders
Consultative approach toward clients and ability to influence others
Strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, dependability, and punctuality
