HIM Data Integrity Analyst

To assure accurate processing of chart corrections and merges within the Electronic Medical Record. Must perform extensive analysis and investigation of all related systems to assess and resolve errors, timely and accurately. This position will recommend remediation of the identified problems with management, other ACMC staff and CCF staff to assure the integrity of the patient’s records; both Electronic Health Record (EHR), and any paper.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

High School graduate or equivalent, detail oriented, analytical abilities and computer skills are critical. Must have the ability to read and comprehend medical records.

Required Length and Type of Experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience working directly with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) required. Medical Terminology and experience with chart corrections process preferred.
