FOH Lead

Acme Burger is growing!!! We are now accepting applications for FOH Leads. This is a shift supervisor position, akin to a MOD. Candidates will work either the cashier or expo station (or switching between the two) while supervising the flow of service. There are opening and closing shifts available. Openers will work generally 10:00-5:00 and closers 5:00-10:30, with some flexibility. Pay starts at $18/hr and goes to $20-$25/hr and hour depending on how many additional responsibilities are taken on. Pay will also include a cut of pooled tips which are usually at least $6/hr. This is a growing company in Sonoma County (in a time when many restaurants are sadly closing) currently with 2 locations, soon to add a 3rd. This provides many opportunities for continued advancement!

Acme Burger is a team-based environment. Candidates will have a warm and welcoming demeanor, treating both guests and staff with the utmost kindness and respect. We are a fast-paced fast-casual restaurant. Ability to multitask and keep a cool head under pressure are key. Experience as a shift lead is required, although we are hiring non-lead cashiers and expeditors as well with the potential to advance over time.

Duties/responsibilities can include:

• Supervising the opening/closing of the restaurant

• Supervising FOH staff

• Completing daily financial reporting

• FOH ordering which includes beer, wine, beverage and supplies

• Knowledge of Toast POS functionality and menu editing (will train)

• Knowledge of various delivery app functionality and menu editing such as Doordash (will train)

• Knowledge of equipment operation such as the soda machine, soft serve/shake machine, etc (will train)

• Scheduling

• Attending weekly meetings with the owner, managers and other leads to participate in the growth of the company
