Trainer - Property Claims

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Strong technical skills both In-Person and Virtually
- Minimum of 3 years property claims training experience
- Current Home State or Designated Home State Adjuster License
- Experience planning, creating, and implementing digital and in-person training offerings
- Experience with training development software
- Proficient at creating trainings for entry level, field and desk audiences
- Proactive in assessing current and future trainings needs
- Provides one on one and group trainings
- Work with employees on their career goals and offer training suggestions to reach them
- Experience with new hire training and coaching sessions
- Ability to establish strong relationships across the organization, and with external parties
- Xactimate proficiency is required for this position (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent critical thinking & problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office-including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to obtain and maintain state adjuster licenses as required
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Great communications skills both written and verbal
- High level of professionalism
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended intervals
- Prolonged verbal and written communication
