**Implementation Analyst**
**Description**
The Implementation Analyst is responsible for the overall onboarding and start\-up process for all new distribution\. The incumbent will design and deliver an implementation roadmap for the purpose of ensuring consistency and accuracy during the experience of opening new distribution\. They will work with the Account and Region Sales leadership to understand and deliver on the overall strategy, vision and metrics for new distribution\.
They will ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process and successfully transition the dealer to the Master Agent, Region Sales and field team upon completion\. They will support the implementation and administration of all Indirect Channel programs, strategies and policies as relates to onboarding new distribution\. The Implementation Analyst will also analyze potential issues impacting the Indirect Channel, and recommend, develop and implement process improvements\.

** Essential Functions:**
Support the development and implementation of region\-specific strategic sales and distribution plans and monitor performance to ensure the business is aligned with key metrics and meets stated targets and objectives
Support Sr\. Managers\-Region Sales on executing dealer base expansion within the regions\. Contributes to the analysis of competitive activities and products and provides recommendations to Indirect Channel Management on remediation tactics
Collaborate cross functionally with other departments throughout the company to analyze issues impacting the assigned regions, and recommend develop, and implement program process and procedure improvements as required to achieve objectives
Support the development of sales presentations and other sales tools to be utilized with current and prospective dealers
Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
** Education Requirements:**
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and sales or operations experience
** Work Experience Requirements:**
5 years sales/sales support, store and/or sales operations experience in a CPG, consumer electronics, or wireless environment with telecom experience preferred
** Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:**
Strong interpersonal and professional verbal, written and overall communication skills
Analytical skills including but not limited to an ability to manipulate, summarize and interpret large amounts of data using advanced Excel skills, interpret financial reports and legal documents
Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to working with minimal supervision
Ability to work occasional evenings and overnight travel
Ability to effectively summarize and present information to management
Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as budgets, forecasting, product costs and margins
Experience supporting and growing retail accounts preferably in a wireless/consumer electronics environment with Indirect Channel sales experience preferred
Indirect Channel operations and replenishment processes knowledge
Strong organizational and selling skills and disciplined work habits
Experience analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to management
Familiar with Business Development roles that include building out distribution, within the telecom industry preferred
