**Retail Merchandiser - Electronics - Part Time** Location **OH - COLUMBUS** **ActionLink is growing and hiring part-time retail merchandisers! No weekends or evenings required.** We are a premiere retail marketing solutions company whose primary focus and mission is connecting people with the innovative technology brands they love! Our team of Merchandising Specialists visit major retail establishments like Best Buy, Walmart, Target and more to ensure the proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all promotional product displays for our clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, Bose, Intel, among many others. **SERVICE COVERAGE AREA:** Visits are conducted at a variety of big-box retailers throughout Columbus, OH and the surrounding area Columbus, OH 43219 is the center of the radius territory **SCHEDULING:** Up to 20 hours per week Project hours and times fluctuate so flexibility Monday through Friday is necessary for the position (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays preferred primary schedule). Projects are generally scheduled between 8:00am and 4:00pm. Some early start days on multi person projects at 7:00am for support work Opportunities for additional hours may be available if you can cover a larger region and travel to other outlying areas or states **PAY & BENEFITS:** We offer a tiered pay rate system depending on the level of in-store task being done. Basic merchandising projects start at **$17 per hour** . Optional 401(k) plan with company match Drive time and mileage reimbursement W2 employment with bi-weekly pay schedule and direct deposit Paid time off Paid training **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** Previous merchandising, 3PL, and/or relevant retail experience is highly desirable Ability to complete all levels of merchandising work in the assigned territory Strong detail-orientation to be able to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams Ability to work independently most of the time and as part of a small team when needed Strong communication skills either in-person, by phone, email, and text message Willing to travel to all retail vendor locations within the assigned service area Access to internet, basic hand-held tools, and smart device with Wi-Fi/GPS Access to a laptop or desktop computer is a strong plus **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:** 18 years of age or older Eligible to work in the United States A valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle transportation Able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance. _Equal Opportunity Employer_
