With over 37,000 associates, this role is critical to ensuring our business decisions are informed by actionable insights derived from our wealth of employee data. **Responsibilities** **Develop and Implement People Analytics Strategy:** Design and implement a comprehensive people analytics strategy that spans from foundational reporting metrics to advanced predictive analytics. Collaborate with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to understand business needs and align analytics initiatives with strategic objectives. **Drive Data-Driven Decision Making:** Analyze and interpret complex HR data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive effective decision-making across the organization. Create visually compelling data presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to various stakeholders. **Partner with Key Stakeholders** : Collaborate with senior business leaders, IT, finance, and HR to identify key business challenges and opportunities where people analytics can drive meaningful impact. Provide strategic guidance to leadership teams based on data-driven insights to optimize talent acquisition, development, retention, and overall workforce effectiveness. **Lead and Develop People Analytics Team:** Build and lead a high-performing team of people analytics professionals who can deliver actionable insights and impactful reports to support business objectives. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, encouraging the use of cutting-edge analytics tools and methodologies. **Utilize Advanced Analytics Tools and Languages:** Leverage advanced analytics tools and languages such as R and Python to conduct predictive and prescriptive analyses, modeling, and data visualizations. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data analytics and bring innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement in our people analytics practices. **Ensure Data Privacy and Compliance:** Implement and uphold data privacy standards and comply with relevant laws and regulations to ensure the responsible and ethical use of employee data. **Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in **Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics** , or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Proven experience ( **10 years** ) in a strategic leadership role focused on people analytics and workforce insights in a large organization. Demonstrated expertise in **developing** and **executing people analytics strategies** , including foundational reporting and advanced analytics. Proficiency in utilizing **data analytics tools such as R, Python, and other statistical software** to perform complex analyses and build predictive models. Strong business acumen and the ability to **connect people analytics initiatives with strategic business objectives.** Exceptional **communication** and **presentation skills** , with the ability to articulate complex findings to diverse audiences in a clear and compelling manner. Prior experience **leading and mentoring a team of data analysts or HR professionals** is preferred.
