The IT Team at Acquco is responsible for creating efficient systems, processes, and solutions to empower the organization to succeed. IT develops, deploys, and maintains large-scale systems: SaaS, physical, and cloud. Working across a wide range of systems, technologies, and teams, IT performs a critical role in Acquco’s success.
Role:
Acquco is seeking an IT Support Associate to empower user and resolve technical issues. You will be responsible for executing IT SOPs and interfacing between internal/external teams to resolve technology issues. You have the opportunity to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment with exceptional growth potential, learning/working across all business areas, and seeing immediate impact/usage of your data solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure user software and devices
- Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization
- Support the implementation of new solutions or applications
- Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software and hardware
- Work autonomously in a collaborative, remote environment
Qualifications:
Required:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 1 years of experience in a technical support role
- 1 years of experience in a cloud environment, working with SaaS, GSuite, and/or Microsoft 365
- Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications
- Ability to learn new digital tools quickly
Preferred:
- Certifications such as CompTIA, Google IT Support Certificate, etc
- Basic automation knowledge and comfortable scripting
- Knowledge AWS, Azure, or GCP
