Master Data Analyst, (New York, New York)
- You will be responsible for maintaining the planning system data and reports over a variety of systems
- You will need to collect, confirm and clean data from multiple ever-changing sources
- You will be responsible for making sure the ERP and planning systems maintain the correct information
- You will need to have an overall understanding of the business to be able to contact the correct people to find missing data
- Be able to give senior management reports that they can use to drive the business
- Challenges to Tackle:
- NetSuite
- Other planning systems
- Data coming from various parties
- Business report creation
- Working with Data Analytics teams top optimize reports and data input
- Skillset: ERP experience, Excel, Analytics, NetSuite preferred
- Background: Supply Chain Planning, Systems administrator,
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage system data across a variety of tools
- Build out ad hoc tooling as required
- Compile and reconcile data from multiple sources into formats and reports to be leveraged by Business Partners and Senior Leaders
- Identify gaps in our data collection and collaborate with operational and engineering teams on data capture specifications
- Produce projections, forecasts, and insights to improve operational efficiency
- Create dashboards and reporting for multiple levels throughout the organization
- Manage product naming and ensure consistency between systems
Requirements
- 0-2 years of system administration
- BA preferably is a Stem field
- CPG experience preferred
