Retail AT&T Team Member

As a Retail AT&T Team Member, you’ll be the face of AT&T working as a 3rd party vender in one of our clients big box retail giant partners. What does that mean, that means this role is working as a 3rd party inside of big box retail chains engaging customers for AT&T. You will be providing personalized interactions with our clients customers and handling customer acquisition. You would deliver excellent customer service while being polite & knowledgeable of the full suite that AT&T offers in reference to products and services as well as their competitors in order to best suit the customers needs. Again this is not working with AT&T directly, a corporate or franchise location. This is an on site, in store 3rd party role working directly with our client who represents AT&T.

Every day will provide a new set of opportunities / responsibilities, so you’ll need to be flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast paced setting. Depending on your store location, there may be additional travel involved in the day to day up to 30 miles. You will be prospecting efforts to attain new customers. You’ll also assist with maintaining store inventory, basic sanitizing procedures and the merchandising of products. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, our client will provide paid training for you, as well as on the job training.

Sharing the knowledge your trained on with our clients growing customer base comes with additional perks. For example, compensation – it is a base plus commission paid out weekly. Top reps total package within their first year is between 55 to 75k per year based on the sales you generate.
